Flight Hauraki is Auckland’s Scenic Flight specialist. With bases in Auckland and on Waiheke Island, we offer private scenic flights ranging from 20 minutes to an hour and a half around Auckland and the Hauraki Gulf. Choose from one of our many options or create your own flight route. Our flights take in some amazing scenery that can only been seen from the air. We also provide scheduled flights between Auckland, Waiheke Island and Great Barrier Island with charters to the Coromandel Peninsula available too.

City of Sails

Takeoff from Waiheke Airfield and head towards the eastern end of the island. After seeing some of the highlights like the WW2 gun emplacements and the many multi million dollar homes we track along the the coast line of Waiheke. From there fly over Rangitoto, a dormant volcano (last erupted 600 years ago).  We then head off to Auckland CBD. See the many boats moored just, Sky Tower, Eden Park, Harbor Bridge and more. From there we fly along the southern coast of Waiheke, passing the most populated end of Waiheke.
