Austin, Texas: the introduction
Austin, the capital of Texas is among the top places of interest for the tourists to spend the holidays. It is totally a different kind of place. Later in the evening, you can drive to some of the best restaurants of the town and taste some of the local dishes here. The fish cuisines here are very tasty and you should not miss out them. After food, it’s time for getting accustomed to the culture here. You should go into some of the traditional honky-tonk dance halls and enjoy the cowboy boots, swirling skirts and the yee-hawing till late night. The party never stops in Texas.
In the next morning, you should kick start your day with some coffee and oatcakes from any café. Then you can do some shopping. The cowboy’s boots are an absolute favourite for almost everyone and you should also take one. You will find rows and rows of cowboy boots, in different styles and colours. Generally they are handmade from goat’s skin and cost around $1200. It’s such an object that will attract the non antique lovers also. For lunch you can have some pork belly as it’s really awesome. On the weekend visit to Texas, don’t miss The University of Texas. In the afternoon, have some drink at any bar and it’s time for some real party.
The sixth street
Texas is also famous for the sixth street, a street which is blocked from 11PM for partying only. It is completely sponsored by the city and you can drink as much as you like and party the whole night and enjoy the nightlife.
By now, you have enjoyed the Austin Texas Guys Night Out. The next day, you can spend for visiting some antique shops and buying something if you like.
