Tauranga Tasting Tours & Charters has specialised local tasting experiences, but also travels further afield for Sunday lunches & special occasions at venues from Auckland to Taupo. The company takes groups on at least 2 regional winery tours per year. Other specialised tours are available on request. All tours are pick-up from/return to local accommodation or the Port of Tauranga.

Local Tasting Tour
Tauranga Tasting Tours’ Local Tasting Tour is a little different, as it visits four venues, with three different types of liquor. Clients regularly comment that they enjoy the variation from the usual wine or beer-exclusive tastings.
– The Local Tasting Tour commences by visiting a boutique brewery, which produces a range of natural beers (i.e. without preservatives or added sugar), from a pilsener to a stout.
– We then travel through scenic countryside to medal-winning The Wine Portfolio (formerly Morton Estate Winery), for a wine presentation & tasting.
– The tour returns towards Tauranga to the prestigious Mills Reef Winery, for lunch & a wine presentation & tasting.
– The day concludes with cocktails & dessert at one of Tauranga’s top restaurants, overlooking the harbour, before returning to your pick-up point.
COST:$130.00pp.
INCLUDES: Transport, tastings, dessert
