Itinerary-13DAY/12NIGHT –ADVENTURE SAFARI & ZANZIBAR:

Day 1; KILIMANJARO AIRPORT-ARUSHA TOWN:

Pick up at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO).Transfer to Arusha for dinner and overnight at The Ngurdoto Mountain Lodge www.thengurdotomountainlodge.com.

Day 2-Arusha – Tarangire National Park:

After breakfast, drive to Tarangire to discover the giant termite mounds and baobab trees of Tarangire. This park, which is home to elephant, sports a particularly dense wildlife. In the dry season, game congregates. The vegetation of this park consists of open acacia woodland dotted with many baobab trees. Tarangire National Park is an ornithologists paradise, offering an incredible diversity of fauna. Dinner and overnight at Tarangire Sopa lodge or similar.

Day 3: Mto waMbu Plantation and Manyara National Park:

Leave Tarangire after breakfast for Mto wa Mbu plantation for few hrs walking and then after Local Lunch drive to Lake Manyara National Park. Late evening proceed to the Dinner and overnight at Lake Manyara Serena Hotel or similar www.serenahotels.com

Day 4: Lake Manyara to Serengeti National Park:

After breakfast leave Manyara for Serengeti National Park. Pass through Ngorongoro Conservation Area along the way, pausing to view the Crater. As you drive to Serengeti, game drive along the way viewing the park’s resident and migratory animals. Species commonly seen in the Serengeti include wildebeest, cheetah, zebra, lion, giraffe, impala, topi, and leopard. The Serengeti is also home to more than 540 species of birds. Day 5 & 6: Serengeti National Park:

Spend a full day in the Serengeti viewing the wildebeest migration. Dinner and overnight at same lodge.

Day 7: Serengeti National Park:

Morning game drive after breakfast and proceed to Ngorongoro for dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa lodge.

Day 8: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha:

Leave the Lodge after breakfast, drive descend Ngorongoro crater for a whole day game drive. The largest unbroken caldera in the world, Ngorongoro has an area of 260 kilometers and a depth of 610 meters. The crater provides a protected habitat for thousands of mammals and birds. Lunch boxes to be served along the Hippo pool side and later afternoon drive for dinner and overnight in Arusha Ngurudoto Mountain Lodge www.thengurdotomountainlodge.com

Day 9: Arusha National Park – Zanzibar:

After an early breakfast at the Lodge, leave the for 3hrs game drive in Arusha National Park for last game drive safari. Then transferred to Airport for flight to Zanzibar. Arrival Zanzibar and being transferred to Paradise Beach resort for dinner and overnight.

Day 10 – 12; Zanzibar:

Spend the whole day at the beach hotel relaxed.

Day 13: Zanzibar – Airport:

After relaxed breakfast and later hot lunch, transfer to Zanzibar Airport for flight back home on Ethiopian Airlines via Addis Ababa
