Public displays of affection are not allowed in the city. Homosexuality and adultery are considered to be crimes and are punished severely. Visitors, who tend to disobey the laws of Dubai, are deported back to their countries immediately.

Camera lens may fog due to the high humidity in the air of Dubai. The lens should be taken care of before taking pictures of the wonderful sights in the city. Permission to take pictures of local people is needed in order to respect the individuality and the customs of the city, especially when it is of women and children.
