Luxury Travel Italy

This European country really has it all: popes, painters, polenta, lovers, poets, political nonsense and rulers. Its lovely light and sumptuous landscapes seem woven romance and three-strong history, culture and cuisine can seduce every one touched them.

Italy is very good destination for luxury travel. You can visit Roman ruins, clumsily product of Renaissance art, settled in the small medieval hill towns, go skiing in the Alps, explore the canals of Venice and gaze at beautiful churches. Naturally, you can indulge in the pleasures of La Dolce Vita: High-quality food, wine and the inevitable renewal and improving your wardrobe.

Luxury travelers to Italy will be spoilt for choice for there are so many luxury boutique hotels in Italy and Italian hospitality is legendary. From an estate owned by Jean Paul Getty to a boutique hotel owned by Robert de Niro, Italy has an exciting range of accommodation options.

Rome, the Vatican, the Pope, the Coliseum and whatnot is open in the Italian capital. As many times as you come, time is not enough for you to see and feel everything. But does not prevent you from trying. Bonus is that Christmas and New Year weather is nice, the snow is extremely rare, so if  for you warm holidays seem a good idea, grab the suitcases and forth to Rome!

Milan is the city of fashion, opera, and Da Vinci “Last Supper”. Whether you are interested in inventions and science (Science Museum Da Vinci), of world masterpieces (“The Last Supper” was painted in the dining room of the monastery), from fashion brands (you have heard of the Golden Quadrilateral, locked from the streets of the biggest fashion names in Italy and the world) or just like great northern tradition, the evening is dedicated to the aperitif – drink, free buffet and pleasant conversation – Milan has a lot of luxury and adventure to show.

Tuscany is a magical place, a series of fields, vineyards, towns and beautiful mansions in which to understand the meaning of the term “La vita é bella”. Life here runs slower and more harmonious wine is produced from grapes from vineyards across hey those and many medieval buildings, towers and palaces are preserved in an incredible way. Bonus: bordered by two seas – the Tyrrhenian and Ligurian.

Naples – Another Italian luxury classic and one that is unlike any other place. Naples today is one of the most unique cities on “the boot” as it’s called Italy. Here is made the best pizza with chocolate.

Southern Italy is very different from the North and anyone who was there will agree with that. Sorrento has the best of the spirit of the south and the romance of antiquity. Plus a wonderful time in winter, New Year in Sorrento does not sound bad at all. A great luxury experience with gourmet surprises.

Palermo – Capital of Sicily cannot get rid of the legends of mobsters, but it seems like it does not bother much. Unlikely to meet real Italian Mafiosi, but you will definitely feel the special atmosphere of the past preserved much of the island of Sicily. Here the food is real, the kitchen is different from the Italian – and if you ask the Sicilians that most Italians – the most delicious in Italy. Wine, handmade chocolate, pastries, fresh fruit and the waves of the Mediterranean Sea, while you drink espresso ultrashort – Palermo is a must if you want to know Italy.
