The water in this beach makes for great snorkelling expeditions.

Tietiesbaai is two hours from Cape Town. It is located on the west coast, and grows the most beautiful wild flowers. It is also a quiet zone. There is actually a prohibition of anything that is noisy. If you are looking for a quiet getaway, this beach is the place for you.

You can’t vacation without bringing a souvenir home with you. Some common treasures found in Cape Town include Victorian tiling, custom-tailored clothing, folk art pieces, local crafts, woven baskets, African masks and leather notebooks.
